Establishment of a Scientific and Technical Council of the Administration of the State Historical and Architectural Reserve "Isherisheher"

Paragraph 23 of the Statute of the Administration of the State Historical and Architectural Reserve "Icherisheher" under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of May 16, 2007 N 574, provides for the setting up of a scientific and technical council, carrying out activities on voluntary basis, within the Administration to study and introduce scientific and technological achievements and best practices in the field of Reserve management.

Guiding by paragraphs 14.5 and 23 of the Statute of the Administration of the State  Historical and Architectural Reserve "Icherisheher" under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to use the scientific potential for the socio-economic and cultural development of Icherisheher and to ensure the involvement of prominent scientists and highly qualified experts in the scientific examination of relevant development programmes, artistic and decoration, rehabilitation and construction, reconstruction, regeneration and conservation projects:

1. Set up within the Administration a Scientific and Technical Council, including  an expert team on architectural projects, which will carry out activities on a voluntary basis;
2. Approve regulations on the scientific and technical council and the expert team.
3. Instruct the Head of Staff E. Primov and the Head of the Department of Strategic Development and Regulation S. Nuriyev, within 3 days, to submit to the Administration management proposals on the composition of the scientific and technical council and the expert team.
4. I shall personally oversee the implementation of the Order.
