Senior Advisor / Internal Control Department

Position Title: Senior Advisor
Department: Internal Control Department
Location: Baku
Work Schedule: Full-time, 5-day work week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identification of risks and preparation of proposals for their management;

  • Implementation of tasks in accordance with the annual action plan;

  • Participation in internal process reviews and analysis of results;

  • Monitoring compliance with regulatory documents, internal rules, and procedures within the Department’s structural units and affiliated entities;

  • Preparation of proposals to enhance and improve the effectiveness of the Company’s internal control system;

  • Participation in the preparation of reports and presentations related to the Department’s activities.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Higher education (Law, International Law, Economics);

  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience;

  • Experience in public sector institutions is considered an advantage;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;

  • Knowledge of international standards (ISO standards) is an advantage;

  • Analytical thinking, strategic planning, and management skills;

  • High sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work in a team;

  • Language Skills: English and Russian.
