Position Title: Senior Advisor
Department: Internal Control Department
Location: Baku
Work Schedule: Full-time, 5-day work week
Key Responsibilities:
Identification of risks and preparation of proposals for their management;
Implementation of tasks in accordance with the annual action plan;
Participation in internal process reviews and analysis of results;
Monitoring compliance with regulatory documents, internal rules, and procedures within the Department’s structural units and affiliated entities;
Preparation of proposals to enhance and improve the effectiveness of the Company’s internal control system;
Participation in the preparation of reports and presentations related to the Department’s activities.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Higher education (Law, International Law, Economics);
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience;
Experience in public sector institutions is considered an advantage;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Knowledge of international standards (ISO standards) is an advantage;
Analytical thinking, strategic planning, and management skills;
High sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work in a team;
Language Skills: English and Russian.
