The “Icherisheher” Council of Elders was established in October 2009. Since 2024, it has continued its activities under the Council of Elders of Azerbaijan.
Main areas of activity:
Establishing close relations with residents;
Holding periodic meetings with residents;
Conducting social and ideological discussions.
