Service center

With the aim of improving the quality of services provided to citizens within the territory of Icherisheher, ensuring more efficient processing of applications, and enhancing communication between the administration and the public, a Service Center operates at 41 Boyuk Gala Street.

The Center supports the further improvement of the activities of the Administration of the “Icherisheher” State Historical-Architectural Reserve in delivering public services in line with modern governance principles — transparency, citizen-orientation, accountability, and efficiency. Based on the “one-stop-shop” concept implemented in the country, the Center provides residents with convenient and systematic access to various public services in a single location.

At the Service Center, residents may benefit from the following services:

1. acceptance and processing of documents;

2. services related to property and registration matters;

3. issuance of permits and acceptance of inquiries regarding construction, restoration, and repair works;

4. information services related to residential and non-residential premises;

5. registration and appropriate referral of social and legal inquiries;

6. initial information and support regarding other related public services.

The Center operates an electronic queue system, digital application registration, service information desks, and rapid guidance mechanisms.

The Service Center operates Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
