Icherisheher is the historical center of Baku, a unique historical and architectural reserve inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Icherisheher is an open area, with the main entrances being through the Double Gate, Salyan Gate and etc.

The center provides various government services to residents of Icherisheher and Gala on a "single window" basis. A wide range of services are provided here, from document reception to formalization of various documents, to social and legal services.

The center usually requires a citizen's ID card, property documents, state certificates and powers of attorney, consent and refusal applications, references, project and technical documents. Naturally, the required documents differ depending on the subject and characteristics of the application, and additional documents may be required if necessary.

Yes. There is a Tourist Information Center located in the Old City, which provides visitors with information on planning their visit to the Reserve, guide services, and tourism support.
