Appeal Board

On the Establishment of Appeal Boards
in State-Owned Legal Entities

Pursuant to subparagraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 681 dated 6 May 2019, signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the establishment of appeal boards within state-owned legal entities has been approved with the aim of ensuring transparency, objectivity, and efficiency in the review of complaints submitted by individuals and legal entities engaged in entrepreneurial activities, as well as protecting their rights and legally protected interests.

In order to ensure the implementation of the above-mentioned Decree, by Order No. 35 of the Chairman of the Management Board of the “Icherisheher” State Historical-Architectural Reserve Administration dated 15 May 2019, the relevant Appeal Board was established.
