The building was built by the customer and owner of the bathing –house Agha Zeynal in the second half of the XIX century. Haji Agha Zeynal was a grandfather of the Baku millionaire Ramazanov. The bathing –house was incorporated into the residential building pattern and does not differ from them.  The interior of the building follows the traditional manner and includes the undressing rooms and bathing rooms, khezine (reservoir for hot and cold water) and a fire chamber. The Agha Zeynal Bathing- house is a civil architecture monument attributed to the second half of the XIX century.
