Rufat Mahmud, Chairman of the Board of the “Icherisheher” State Historical-Architectural Reserve Administration, delivered a speech at the panel titled “Scaling Heritage-Based Urban Regeneration through Partnerships, Financing and Collective Action” during the 13th session of the United Nations World Urban Forum (#WUF13).

During the panel, participants exchanged views on the integration of cultural #heritage, #tourism, environmental sustainability, and local economic development within a unified framework of urban regeneration, as well as on international partnerships, governance, and financing mechanisms.
