Staša Košarac, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, visited Icherisheher within the framework of the 13th session of the UN World Urban Forum (#WUF13).

The guest was welcomed by the management of the Icherisheher State Historical-Architectural Reserve Administration. During the visit, the officials were given a tour of the Maiden Tower, the Sıratağlı Religious-Architectural Complex, the Bukhara Caravanserai, and other historical sites.

During the tour, information was provided about the urban environment of Icherisheher, shaped over centuries, the ongoing efforts to preserve its historical architectural heritage, and the revitalization projects being implemented across the area. It was noted that today Icherisheher serves not only as a historical site, but also as a vibrant urban center where tradition and modern city life coexist in harmony.
