A duo exhibition featuring works by ceramic master Mir Teymur Məmmədov and Moldovan artist Elvira Cemortan-Voloşin was inaugurated at the Tahir Salahov House-Museum, organized by the “Icherisheher” State Historical-Architectural Reserve Administration.

At the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Board Rufat Mahmud and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova to Azerbaijan, Alexandr Esaulenko, delivered speeches highlighting the importance of the project in terms of cultural dialogue and emphasizing the contributions of bringing different artistic directions together on a single platform to the creative environment.

Within the framework of the exhibition, the artists created 8 works over the course of 15 days, inspired by the historical environment and architecture of Icherisheher. In these works, the spirit of the ancient city is reinterpreted through the individual styles of the authors.
