A joint training exercise on "Elimination of the Consequences of Emergencies" was conducted in the territory of the Icherisheher State Historical and Architectural Reserve Administration, organized by the Main Operations Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The purpose of the exercise was to raise awareness among residents of the Reserve and employees of businesses operating within its territory about appropriate behavior during potential emergencies, as well as to improve operational procedures and interagency coordination in emergency response.

The exercise consisted of both theoretical and practical components.

During the theoretical session, specialists from the Ministry of Emergency Situations provided comprehensive information to employees of the Icherisheher State Historical and Architectural Reserve Administration, local residents, and staff of businesses operating within the Reserve on emergency preparedness and response procedures, including evacuation planning and organization. Participants also had the opportunity to ask questions, which were answered by the Ministry's representatives.

The practical phase began with a simulated emergency call reporting a fire within the Reserve to the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. In response to the simulated incident, participating units assessed the situation, ensured the rapid deployment of personnel and equipment, and carried out reconnaissance, search and rescue operations, and coordinated emergency response activities under the direction of the command staff.

As part of the exercise, people were safely evacuated in accordance with emergency procedures. The simulated fire was quickly extinguished by the Ministry's fire protection units, while individuals portrayed as trapped inside the affected building were successfully rescued by emergency responders. After receiving first aid, the rescued individuals were transferred to the relevant services.

The exercise was successfully completed, and all of its planned objectives were achieved.
