On 10 July 2026, Rufat Mahmud, Chairman of the Board of the Icherisheher State Historical and Architectural Reserve Administration, held a reception for citizens in the Gala Reserve.

During the reception, he listened to the concerns and requests of residents living in the Gala Reserve. The issues raised were discussed in detail, and answers were provided to the citizens' questions.

To ensure the prompt consideration of citizens' appeals and the effective resolution of the issues raised, relevant instructions were given to the Administration's respective structural divisions to take the necessary measures.
