Aytac Alisultanli was born in Baku. She received her higher education at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, specializing in Architecture, and completed her master’s degree in the field of “Restoration and Reconstruction of Architectural Monuments.”

A. Alisultanli began her professional career in various private companies and worked as an architect at “Pasha Construction.” Since 2021, she has held managerial positions at the Baku City Main Department of Architecture and Urban Planning under the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, serving first as a 3rd-category and later a 2nd-category civil servant.

She is a member of the Board of the Union of Architects of Azerbaijan and of the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) under UNESCO. In 2015, she was awarded the “Youth of the Year” prize by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Since April 2025, Aytac Alisultanli has served as Deputy Director, and later as Director, of the Scientific-Cultural Center of the “Icherisheher” State Historical-Architectural Reserve Administration.

According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 1 October 2025, Aytac Alisultanli has been appointed as a Member of the Board of the “Icherisheher” State Historical-Architectural Reserve Administration.
