The festival is organized by the “Icherisheher” State Historical-Architectural Reserve Administration, AZPROMO, and the Agrarian Innovation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture, with the major sponsorship of “Absheron Olive Garden,” “Zira Olives,” and “Olivea.”

During the festival, visitors will enjoy an olive and olive oil exhibition-fair featuring local and international producers, special olive-themed menus from restaurants operating in Icherisheher, as well as art corners and creative zones!
