• 1997-2001 — AzQUR Construction Joint Stock Company.

• 2001-2009 — Various positions at the Ministry of Economic Development, including head of the department of investment and international economic cooperation.

• 2007-2009 — World Bank Headquarters, Washington, D.C.

• 2009-2010 — Office of the Permanent Representative of the International Monetary Fund in Azerbaijan.

• 2009-2015 — Founder of the Association of Risk Professionals of Azerbaijan; Chairman of the Board until 2018. Participated in multiple international and local projects, including managing a UNDP project.

• 2015-2018 — Executive Director of the Student Loan Fund “Maarifchi”.

• 2018-2022 — Advisor to the Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture; later Chief of Baku City General Directorate on Urban Planning and Architecture.
