Career

• 1997-2001 — Specialist, AzQUR Construction Joint-Stock Company.

• 2001-2009 — Held various positions at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including Head of the Investment and International Economic Cooperation Department.

• 2007-2009 — Worked at the World Bank Headquarters, Washington, D.C., USA.

• 2009-2010 — Office of the Resident Representative of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Azerbaijan.

• 2009-2015 — Founder of the Association of Risk Professionals of Azerbaijan; served as Chairman of the Board. Led and participated in numerous national and international projects, including a UNDP-funded initiative.

• 2015-2018 — Executive Director, Maarifchi Student Loan Fund.

• 2018-2022 — Advisor to the Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture; subsequently Chief of the Baku City General Directorate for Urban Planning and Architecture.

• 2022-2025 — General Director, SOCAR RUS LLC.

• 2025 – Present — Chairman of the Board, “Icherisheher” State Historical-Architectural Reserve Administration.
