1996–2000 — Higher education at the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, majoring in “International Economic Relations and Engineering Economics”.

2000 — Military training course under the same Academy.

Career

2000–2016 — Worked in the banking sector, holding positions of department head and branch director.

2016–2017 — Served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Standart Insurance” OJSC.

2017–2021 — Held various managerial positions at “Bakcell” LLC.

2020 — Served as Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of the State Employment Agency established under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.

2021–2025 — Served as Department Head at “Azerconnect Group” LLC.

2025 (April) — Started working as Chief of Staff at the Administration of the “Icherisheher” State Historical-Architectural Reserve and was soon appointed a member of the Board.
