DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

With a view to ensure operation of the Administration of the State Historical-Architectural Reserve «Icherisheher» under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree:

1. Statute of the Administration of the State Historical-Architectural Reserve «Icherisheher» under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be approved (attached herewith).
2. Organizational structure of the Administration of the State Historical-Architectural Reserve «Icherisheher» under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be approved (attached herewith).
3. Limits of numbers of employees of the Administration of the State Historical-Architectural Reserve «Icherisheher» under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be determined in a quantity of 68 staff units.
4. Entities subordinated to the Administration of the State Historical-Architectural Reserve «Icherisheher» under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan Establish shall operate at the cost of the state budget as well as on the basis of the principles of self-financing.
5. The Cabinet of Ministers shall be instructed to carry out following tasks within one month:

5.1. elaboration of proposals on bringing of existing normative legal acts in compliance with this Decree and their submission to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

5.2. assumption of appropriate arrangements for necessary financial and logistical support of activities of the Administration of the State Historical-Architectural Reserve «Icherisheher» under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

5.3. settlement of other issues arising from this Decree.

6. Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 22 November 2005 в„– 315 В«On Approval of Statute of the Administration of the State Historical-Architectural Reserve «Icherisheher» under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of AzerbaijanВ» (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2005, в„– 11, paragraph 1010; 2006 , в„– 9, paragraph 743) shall be null and void.
7. This Decree shall come into force from the date of its publication.
