History of the Reserve

Working meeting with Mr. Asgar Alakbarov, Chairman of the Board, Administration of State Historical-Architectural Reserve Ichersheher, Baku, Azerbaijan for joint project.

Mr. Asgar Alakbarov, Chairman of the Board, Administration of State Historical-Architectural Reserve Ichersheher, Baku, Azerbaijan was received by Director General of IRCICA Dr. Halit Eren on 26 November 2018.

Working meetings were held where themes and guidelines of activities to be undertaken jointly were developed. A Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation was signed, to serve as a framework for joint projects in various areas, particularly on handicrafts development and cultural heritage preservation.
