DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

Guided by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in connection with the expansion of the territorial area and the fields of activity of the Administration of the State Historical-Architectural Reserve "Icherisheher" under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. To make the following amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan #574 dated May 16, 2007 on “Approval of the Statute and the structure and determining the number of employees of the apparatus of the Administration of State Historical-Architectural Reserve "Icherisheher" under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Collection of Legislative Acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2007, #5, Article 456, 2010, #2, Article 81):

1.1. To substitute the figures "56" with figures "68" in the third section;

1.2. “In the Statute of the Administration of the State Historical-Architectural Reserve "Icherisheher" under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan" approved by the same Decree:

1.2.1. To substitute the word "Reserve with (hereinafter - Reserve)" and "Gala" State Historical and Ethnographic Reserves with (hereinafter - Reserves)" in the paragraph 1:

1.2.2. To substitute the word “Reserve” with the word “Reserves” in subparagraphs 7.2-7.5, 8.7, 8.9, 8.11, 8.22 (in both cases), 8.26, 8.27, 9.6, 9.8-9.10, 9.12, 9.13, 14.9, 14.10 in paragraph 1;

1.2.3. To substitute the word "Reserve" with the word “Reserves” in subparagraphs 7.1, 7.2, 8.1-8.4, 8.6, 8.8, 8.10, 8.12 (in all three cases), 8.13, 8.14, 8.16, 8.17, 8.20, 8.22, 8.23, 9.1, 9.7, 9.17 in paragraph 23;

1.2.4.  To substitute the word “Reserve” with the word “Reserves” in subparagraphs 8.24 and 9.14, the phrase “with Reserve” with the phrase “with Reserves” in subparagraph 9.2;  

1.2.5. To substitute the word “Reserve” with phrase “State Historical-Architectural Reserve “Icherisheher” in paragraph 24;

1.3. To add paragraph 2.6 with the following content to the “Structure of Administration of the State Historical-Architectural Reserve “Icherisheher” under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by this decree:

"2.6. State Historical-Ethnographic Reserve "Gala".

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

2.1.  To prepare and submit to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan the proposals on bringing the acts of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in line with this Decree within three months;

2.2. To ensure compliance of normative legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic with this Decree and inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within three months;

2.3. To keep control over compliance of normative legal acts of the central executive bodies with this Decree and inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of its implementation within five months;

2.4. To resolve other issues arising from this Decree.

3. The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall ensure compliance of normative legal acts and normative acts of central executive bodies with this Decree and inform the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
