ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

On additional measures to reconstruct museum expositions in the territory of State Historical-Architectural Reserve "Icherisheher"

Guided by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, for ensuring the reconstruction of the museum expositions meeting the modern requirements in territories in Azerbaijan where historical monuments are located, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. To allocate 2.0 (two) million manats to the Administration of State Historical-Architectural Reserve "Icherisheher" under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan from the Reserve Fund of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan envisaged in the state budget for 2013 of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the reconstruction of museum expositions in the territory of Icheri Sheher.

2. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall as specified ensure financing in the amount provided in Part 1 of this Order.

4. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve issues arising from this Order.
